Order Processing
Every order at Leponi is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, operating Monday to Friday. Purchases completed over the weekend or during observed holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your items are on their way, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders. Standard transit generally requires 7 to 13 business days once your package leaves our care. Please keep in mind that overall transit times can fluctuate depending on your destination, local courier handling, and seasonal high-volume periods.
Our Shipping Partners
To ensure your items reach you safely and efficiently, we partner with reliable carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL. The most suitable service is automatically selected based on the delivery destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, an email containing your direct tracking link will be sent to you. You can also monitor your shipment's journey at any stage directly through our tracking portal at https://leponi.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Good to Know
A few helpful reminders regarding your shipment:
- All stated delivery windows are realistic estimates rather than firm guarantees.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days.
- Severe weather conditions and peak postal rushes may occasionally result in unforeseen delays.
