When will my parcel be dispatched?
Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. The moment your package departs from our depot, we will email you with your tracking details.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders usually take 7 to 13 business days once dispatched. Arrival times can differ slightly based on your address and the regional courier services.
Is it possible to track my delivery?
Yes, definitely. Once your package is en route, we email you a tracking link. You can use this reference code to follow your delivery whenever you wish.
Returns and Exchanges
What are your return terms?
Items can be returned within 30 days of being delivered. We only require that pieces remain unworn, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging with every label intact.
Can I exchange an item for another size or style?
We do not manage direct product swaps, so you can obtain the right garment without delay. The simplest route is returning your unwanted item for reimbursement and purchasing the replacement separately.
Am I responsible for return postage?
Customers cover the cost of sending items back to us. We advise selecting a postal service with tracking to make sure your package arrives securely.
How long until my refund is issued?
Once your returned goods arrive back with us, our team will issue your refund within 9 business days.

Is it possible to amend an order after placing it?
Please reach out to us right away if adjustments are needed. We dispatch parcels promptly, but provided your parcel is still with us, we shall gladly assist with any updates.
What if my order confirmation has not arrived?
Please take a look inside your junk or promotional mailboxes first. Should it still be missing, email support@leponi.com, and our team will happily send your receipt again.
